On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Ensemble Wiener Collage, René Staar wrote twelve extensive essays in which he examined in detail the works of composers Eugene Hartzell, Erik Freitag, Zdzislaw Wysocki, Vladimir Pantchev, Herbert Lauermann, Alexandra Karastoyanova-Hermentin, Alexander Stankovski, Jaime Wolfson, Gerald Resch, Dietmar Hellmich, Charris Efthimiou and Thomas Wally.
